01 Ship Maintenance & Repair
Maintenance and repair across mechanical, steel-outfitting, paint, piping and electrical disciplines, with our own crew and equipment; quality workmanship and on-time delivery.
Ship maintenance & repair, new-build outfitting and on-site machining. Work is carried out by an engineer and technician team using measurement equipment.
Every service is reported with measurement equipment; once the work is complete, the systems are handed over in working order.
01 Maintenance and repair across mechanical, steel-outfitting, paint, piping and electrical disciplines, with our own crew and equipment; quality workmanship and on-time delivery.
02 Outfitting of propulsion systems, mechanical equipment and weapon systems for commercial, passenger and naval vessels — with our engineer and technician team.
03 On-site machining with 0.00% error; hole machining and surface grinding regardless of diameter or size. Portable boring and portable vertical milling machines.
The portable boring machine enables bushing machining without moving the vessel, while the portable vertical milling machine handles surface and foundation work. Measurements are taken with dial gauges and micrometers; paint washing uses 300–1000 bar high pressure.
On-site bushing machining; sterntube shaft bearings and rudder bushings are machined in place.
Surface and foundation machining; weapon and equipment foundations are milled on site.
Main engine and gearbox removal, overhaul, shaft and steering-system maintenance; workshop coupling and running tests, micrometer measurement.
Plate thickness measurement and reporting, renewal marking; door, hatch and manhole maintenance, foundation renewal, floor-plate replacement and water testing.
300–1000 bar high-pressure washing, surface preparation by mechanical blasting, and micron-thickness-controlled primer application with a paint pump.
Removal, inspection and renewal of seawater, exhaust and hydraulic lines; valve maintenance, expansion-joint renewal and leak testing.
Removal and damage inspection of navigation, communication and automation equipment, full cable renewal; all systems delivered in working order.
We offer three core services: ship maintenance & repair, new-build outfitting and on-site machining. Maintenance & repair covers mechanical, steel-outfitting, paint, piping and electrical disciplines; new-build covers the outfitting of commercial, passenger and naval vessels; on-site machining includes hole machining and surface grinding in place, regardless of diameter or size.
We work across five disciplines: mechanical, steel-outfitting, paint, piping and electrical. Main engine and gearbox removal-overhaul, plate thickness measurement and foundation renewal, 300–1000 bar washing and painting, pipe-valve renewal and full cable renewal all fall within this scope.
No. On-site machining is performed wherever the vessel is, without moving it to a shipyard. The portable boring machine makes in-place bushing machining possible even at locations without a shipyard; the work is carried out with 0.00% error regardless of diameter or size.
Yes. Within new-build outfitting, the propulsion systems, mechanical equipment and weapon systems of naval vessels are outfitted. In the first quarter of 2024, the installation of the main propulsion system on a corvette warship was completed.
